How much is the monthly HOA Fee?
The monthly HOA fee is $160 (effective 1/1/24) and is due on 1st of each month.
How can I pay my HOA Fee?
1) Payment of HOA Dues by Auto-Draft (highly recommended): Homeowners are encouraged to pay their HOA dues via auto-draft through David Floyd & Associates, Inc. There is no charge to sign up for auto-draft. Please fill out the auto-draft form located under the Forms tab on the website and submit it via email to accounting@dfloydassoc.com, via fax to 615-297-9340, or via mail to David Floyd & Associates, Inc. 104 East Park Dr. Suite 320 Brentwood, TN 37027.
2) Online Payment of HOA Dues: To make an online payment, go to https://dfa1.cincwebaxis.com and sign in at the top right corner of the screen (NOTE: You will need to register before signing in for the first time). Once signed in, click on “Pay Fees” at the top left corner of the screen. Select your desired payment method (eCheck or credit card) and provide your payment information. Click “Submit eCheck/Credit Card Payment.” Make sure that your payment information is correct and click “Submit Payment.” Please note that the payment platform charges a $1.99 fee for eCheck payments and a 3.25% fee for credit card payments.
3) Payment of HOA Dues by Check: Owners may pay their HOA dues by mailing a check to Hermitage Meadows HOA c/o David Floyd & Associates, Inc. PO Box 357 Commerce, GA. 30529-0357. Please make sure all checks are made payable to Hermitage Meadows HOA and include your street address number in the memo section.
What is the approved stain color for decks and fences?
The approved stain color is Behr Premium “Tugboat” (available to purchase at Home Depot). Both solid (#SC-141) and semi-transparent (#ST-141) options are permitted.
The previously approved stain color (Ready Seal Pecan) is grandfathered, but when decks and fences currently stained Pecan need to be re-stained, Behr Premium “Tugboat” stain must be used.
Painting fences and decks is not permitted; however, owners with decks and fences that were painted previously may re-paint their decks and fences using Behr Premium “Tugboat” paint. Decks that are currently stained may not be painted.
How can I obtain a certificate of insurance?

What if I forgot my password?
Simply click on Password Reset under the Member Login tab and a new password will be emailed to you. It’s easiest to just copy it and then paste it from your email into the password box at the registration tab on the website.
