Please note that the monthly HOA fee will be increasing to $160 effective January 1, 2024. The 2024 budget can be viewed under the “Documents” section of the website.
Homeowners that pay their HOA fees online or via mailed check will need to begin paying the new amount going forward. If you are currently on auto-draft directly through David Floyd & Associates, Inc., no action is required.
Operating expenses have increased substantially in 2023, and it is expected for operating expenses to increase more in 2024. The HOA’s insurance premium increased substantially in 2023, and another increase in premium is expected in 2024. The HOA also plans to incur capital expenditures in the near future that include major deck repairs, tree work, landscaping improvements, etc. By incrementally increasing HOA fees, the Board is hoping to avoid the need for a special assessment.
