Please note that the monthly HOA fee will be increasing to $175 effective January 1, 2025. If you are currently on auto-draft directly through David Floyd & Associates, Inc., your monthly drafts will increase automatically in January. If you pay your HOA fees online, via mailed check, or via bill-pay, please be sure to pay the new amount going forward.
The HOA’s budgeted operating expenses have increased significantly recently, with the HOA’s annual insurance premium increasing by $15,840 (a 37% increase). Approximately 77% of the additional income produced by the HOA fee increase will be used to offset the HOA’s increased insurance premium.
